Description
The Breast Debone Lead leads team members in filling product orders according to customer needs and demand. The role monitors product flow, ensures boxed products match sales needs, assigns tasks, provides tools and supplies, and addresses safety and quality concerns. Candidates must be able to read safety and procedure documents, communicate effectively, lead and solve problems, and regularly lift up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma or GED, up to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination is required; leadership experience is preferred.
