Salesforce is hiring a Lead Solution Engineer to support financial services clients by conducting solution discovery, demonstrating Salesforce capabilities, developing customer journey and IT roadmaps, consulting on business and technical solutions, supporting sales cycles, and engaging senior stakeholders. The role requires a degree or equivalent, 10+ years of IT, consulting, or technology sales/implementation experience, financial-services pre-sales or solution-delivery experience, and expertise in cloud computing, CRM, marketing automation, and related technologies. Travel may be required for client meetings and workshops.
