inKind is hiring a Lead Accountant to serve as a senior individual contributor in technical accounting, financial reporting, and accounting operations. The role evaluates complex transactions, develops accounting policies and memoranda, supports financial statements and audits, leads close activities, strengthens controls and reporting systems, and provides guidance to the Finance team.
