Description
The Lead, Accounts will oversee premium operations, receivables management, credit control, financial reporting, and budget support for the Group Insurance business. The role leads premium processing, collections, aged receivables, broker and intermediary reconciliation, claims hold-and-release governance, financial dashboards, and process-improvement initiatives. It requires a degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related discipline, at least five years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
