Sysco LABS Sri Lanka is hiring a full-time Lead - Active Directory Infrastructure to lead a five-member Active Directory Infrastructure Team supporting enterprise identity and directory services across multiple global domains. The role combines technical leadership, team coaching, day-to-day Active Directory operations, authentication troubleshooting, hybrid identity support, automation, monitoring, PKI, DNS/DHCP, and multi-domain or multi-forest migrations. The position is based in Sri Lanka and follows hybrid work, with 16 hours of daily support coverage including on-desk and rotational on-call shifts.
