Description
The Regional Payroll Lead, EMEA leads regional payroll operations within a Global Payroll Center of Excellence, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing across multiple EMEA countries. The role oversees regional execution of global payroll policies, process and control improvements, audit readiness, vendor relationships, data quality, employee service, and enterprise payroll initiatives. It requires at least eight years of progressive payroll experience, including experience supporting or leading payroll operations across multiple countries or regions, along with knowledge of EMEA payroll laws, systems, controls, and compliance activities.
