Hologic is hiring a Lead Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to lead the development, qualification, and transfer of manufacturing processes for new products, particularly handheld surgical instruments and disposables. The role bridges product development and manufacturing, develops tooling and fixtures, leads pilot builds and process validation, applies risk and capability tools, and mentors engineers. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, 8 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 6 years with a master’s degree, and strong manufacturing, design-for-manufacturability, validation, and analytical skills. The annualized base salary range is $119,300 to $186,600, with bonus eligibility.
