ConvenientMD is hiring a Lead Advanced Practitioner Provider (APP) to serve as a founding provider at its new Waterville, Maine urgent care center. The role provides patient-centered urgent care, performs assessments and therapeutic procedures, manages documentation and compliance, and leads and mentors new-graduate providers and allied healthcare staff. Candidates should be Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners with a master's degree, PA or NP certification, an unrestricted DEA license, and BLS certification; emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care experience is preferred. The position offers sign-on bonuses of up to $10,000 and health, dental, and vision coverage.
