Description
The Lead Adversarial Engineer will lead end-to-end red-teaming workstreams against frontier models, including scoping threat models, designing multi-week adversarial campaigns, coordinating operators, creating scenario banks and attack taxonomies, and producing risk reports and executive readouts. The role partners with research, product, and operations teams to validate fixes, rerun regressions, and maintain dashboards tracking residual risk. It requires experience planning and running adversarial campaigns, designing experiments and controls, and leading cross-functional remediation efforts.
