Brighton Jones is hiring a Lead Advisor to expand its financial services in Salt Lake City. The role serves existing and prospective clients, manages wealth-management plans, coordinates investment, estate, tax, risk, and general planning, develops community and custodial-retail relationships, represents the firm at public events, and leads a local service team. Candidates must have a four-year degree and a CFP®, CPA, CFA, or JD designation, with Series 65 or equivalent licensing required within 120 days for non-CFP candidates. The position is full-time and exempt, initially remote until an office is secured, and offers a base salary of $150,000–$350,000 plus variable compensation, profit sharing, equity, and benefits.
