Description
The Airport Operations Supervisor assists the supervisor in managing security agents, wheelchair agents, skycaps, and porters; monitors flight schedules and service requests, assigns breaks, ensures compliance with security procedures, follows up on airline and passenger requests, reports staff issues, and conducts on-the-job training. The role leads wheelchair agents and porters, requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of airport customer-service experience, and is full-time or part-time with possible shift changes.
