Description
The Airport Operations Supervisor assists the supervisor in overseeing security agents, wheelchair agents, skycaps, and porters; monitors flight schedules and airline requests; ensures compliance with security procedures; assigns breaks; tracks wheelchair availability; reports staff issues; and conducts on-the-job training. The role leads wheelchair agents and porters, requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of airport customer-service experience, and is full-time or part-time with possible shift changes.
