Description
AIHR is hiring a hands-on Lead Agentic Analytics Engineer to lead its two-person Data & Analytics team and translate business questions into governed metrics, semantic models, SQL and dbt data models, and decision-ready analytics. The role owns the analytical architecture, roadmap, metric definitions, quality, and critical models while building and reviewing work alongside a Senior Data Engineer. It requires 5+ years of analytics engineering, BI, data engineering, or business-facing analytics experience, strong SQL and data modeling skills, production dbt experience, Snowflake or comparable warehouse experience, and experience across the full customer lifecycle in a B2B SaaS, subscription, fintech, or marketplace business. The role offers flexible working hours and work-from-home arrangements after onboarding, with a start date in December 2026 or January 2027.
