Reingold is hiring a full-time Lead Agentic Software Engineer to build and operate client-facing platforms, content management systems, e-commerce solutions, web applications, and integrations while integrating AI agents and automation. The role combines hands-on production engineering with capability building, including agent evaluation, responsible-AI practices, cloud deployment, automated testing, and technical leadership. It is a hybrid position requiring at least two days per week onsite in Alexandria, Virginia, and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus seven or more years of production web-platform experience.
