SimCorp is hiring a Lead IT Operation Specialist for its Enterprise AI team to manage and optimize AI agents, automations, MCP connectors, and related IT infrastructure. The role owns agent intake and lifecycle management, monitors and resolves complex operational issues, develops IT operations processes, ensures security and compliance, and leads junior IT operations specialists. Required experience includes Microsoft Azure, AI orchestration platforms, MCP or API integration, IT operations fundamentals, AI agent lifecycle management, and security and compliance. The role is hybrid.
