CU Rise Analytics is hiring a Lead – Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Data Solutions to lead the design, development, deployment, governance, and delivery of AI-driven products, workflow agents, and advanced analytics solutions for financial services and credit union clients. The role manages AI, software, data, and business analyst teams; partners with stakeholders and executive leadership; and oversees enterprise AI platforms, RAG architectures, model evaluation, observability, risk management, and responsible AI practices using technologies such as Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and vector databases.
