Description
Accelerate is hiring a Lead AI Architect to design and deliver AI solutions from concept through production, including AI agents, LLM applications, RAG architectures, and secure integration with business systems. The role leads technical direction, architecture principles, MLOps/LLMOps, model and prompt lifecycle management, customer workshops, development teams, and AI skills development, while also contributing to productizing the company’s AI offering. The position is based in Gothenburg with hybrid work and requires experience taking AI solutions from design to production, technical leadership, and fluency in Swedish and English.
