Capco is hiring a Lead AI Architect in Pune to design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable machine learning and generative AI solutions for enterprise and financial-services clients. The role leads AI strategy and architecture, builds production-grade ML and LLM pipelines, implements guardrails and governance, supports business use cases, and drives responsible AI adoption. Candidates need 10+ years of AI/ML engineering or architecture experience, a record of delivering production ML/AI solutions, Gen AI and LLM deployment experience, strong Python and cloud skills, and expertise in model lifecycle management, inference, RAG, agentic systems, security, and fairness.
