Description

Crisis24 is hiring a Lead AI Engineer to build and maintain AI pipelines that identify and alert customers to emerging risks. The role combines LLM production, Python and SQL development, AWS and MLOps deployment, model monitoring, data science leadership, and collaboration with engineering and product teams. The engineer will also mentor data scientists, define analytics roadmaps, validate analytical models, and ensure data privacy, security, and ethical standards.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
Required Previous Experiences: 6+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics, including project delivery and leadership
Experience building and deploying production-grade machine learning systems
Leadership and communication experience, including team mentoring and translating analytical outputs into business insights
Preferred Qualifications: Advanced NLP and text analytics, including entity recognition, event detection, and multilingual modeling
Information retrieval and web data mining using large-scale scraping, search relevance, and vector databases
Knowledge graphs and relationship modeling for risk intelligence and entity linkage
MLOps and scalable machine learning systems using Airflow, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud ML platforms
