Blend360 is hiring a Lead AI Engineer to build and scale production-grade agentic AI systems and establish Agentic Engineering practices across the software development lifecycle. The role combines AI engineering, software architecture, agent orchestration, LLM applications, evaluation, observability, and technical leadership, with responsibilities including multi-agent system design, tool-use and MCP integrations, production APIs, mentoring engineers, and improving developer productivity through AI-assisted workflows. Candidates need at least six years of software or AI engineering experience, strong Python and backend development skills, and practical experience with agentic development tools and evaluation frameworks.
