Altus Group is hiring a Lead AI Engineer to design, build, and commercialize AI-powered capabilities across its ARGUS Intelligence Platform for commercial real estate. The role leads technical direction for LLM applications, agentic workflows, data analytics, and domain-specific models; moves solutions from concept through production; establishes AI and machine learning practices; and mentors engineers. It is a remote-first role based in Toronto with occasional in-person collaboration at the downtown Toronto office, with a base salary of $200,000–$230,000.
