Description
Capco is hiring a Lead AI Engineer for its AI Frontier Lab in Paris to lead the architecture and engineering of agentic AI solutions for financial services and energy clients. The role is split between leading engineering standards and code reviews, building and hardening production-grade prototypes, and advising clients on architecture, platforms, models, governance, and technical trade-offs. Candidates need at least 8 years of software or data engineering experience, genuine enterprise architecture experience, strong Python or equivalent, demonstrable agentic AI experience, and depth in a major cloud platform.
