Description
The Lead AI Engineer will own the architecture and delivery of production-grade GenAI systems integrating large language models, multi-agent workflows, and retrieval solutions. The role guides cross-functional engineering pods, defines standards and reusable AI assets, leads solution reviews and governance, and manages a team of associates. Responsibilities include designing autonomous agent workflows, optimizing latency and accuracy, deploying cloud-native AI services, and maintaining observability and reliability. The position requires 6 to 8+ years of software, AI, or machine learning engineering experience, including significant production GenAI or agentic AI delivery experience.
