Egen is hiring a Lead AI Engineer to lead generative AI initiatives, including document intelligence and RAG pipelines, from prototype through scalable production services. The role involves building Python-based AI applications, optimizing LLMs and embeddings, creating agentic workflows, collaborating with clients, and applying MLOps practices. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field, at least 8 years of AI/ML experience, production GenAI deployment experience, and expertise with Python, LLMs, vector databases, Google Cloud, and frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
