Description
Enjins is hiring a Lead AI Engineer to own client engagements from solution architecture through production, maintain AI systems over the long term, and mentor engineers. The role covers AI roadmaps, data platforms, MLOps and LLMOps standards, agentic workflows, and client-account management, with a focus on energy and climate systems. Candidates need at least five years of production data and AI experience, strong software and infrastructure skills, cloud and MLOps/LLMOps expertise, and experience with LLM-based or agentic systems. The position is hybrid in Utrecht and offers €5,950–€7,800 gross per month plus a performance bonus and equity.
