IFS is hiring a Lead AI Engineer to design and build applied AI solutions from concept through scalable production deployment. The role focuses on enterprise AI systems using large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, and orchestration patterns, while also leading technical strategy, architecture reviews, engineering best practices, and mentorship. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 8 years of AI, machine learning, or software engineering experience, strong programming and backend skills, and experience with production AI systems, MLOps/LLMOps, and enterprise integrations. The position supports hybrid work and may involve customer-facing innovation and industry collaboration.
