Inetum Polska is hiring an experienced Lead AI Engineer to set technical direction for an engineering squad, lead AI-powered product development, and deliver production-grade full-stack code. The role focuses on LLM workflows, RAG pipelines, agentic features, AI coding tools, Python or Node.js backends, AWS event-driven architectures, and React where needed. The engineer will mentor team members, collaborate with platform teams, and ensure software compliance for FCA-regulated financial services. The hybrid model requires two days in the office and three days at home, with office locations in Warsaw, Lublin, Poznań, Katowice, Łódź, and Rzeszów.
