SimCorp is hiring a Lead AI Engineer to build and own AI agent solutions from design through production deployment, monitoring, incident response, and iterative improvement. The role focuses on Python, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, vector databases, testing, production reliability, and collaboration with Data Engineers. It requires 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on AI/ML, NLP, or data-intensive applications, with production AI/ML experience and experience in financial services or operational environments beneficial. The position follows a global hybrid policy requiring two days per week in the office.
