Description
IHCS is hiring a Lead AI Engineer to design, implement, and operate agentic AI systems that augment internal home-care benefits-management roles. The role is hands-on with building and shipping agents while also growing and leading a small engineering team. Candidates need at least five years of professional software engineering experience, one year of production LLM or agentic-systems experience, experience evaluating third-party LLM providers, data-shaping and context-window experience, strong AWS experience, regulated-industry experience, and some leadership or senior-contributor experience.
