Air is seeking an experienced Lead AI Engineer to lead their Agentic AI team. This role involves scaling agentic offerings across various levels of the US government, focusing on improving Ace, an AI agent, to handle complex tasks and workflows. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in agentic system development, integration with LLMs and agent frameworks, and building observability for agent behavior. They will also lead Agile ceremonies and contribute to designing and building multi-agent systems.
