JPMorganChase is hiring a Lead Software Engineer for its Sales Assistant Technology Team to build and own agentic AI platform components, including UI, orchestration, routing, memory, training, and evaluation frameworks. The role focuses on deploying multi-step LLM agents, integrating GenAI capabilities, improving quality through evaluation and error analysis, partnering with research, product, and engineering teams, and maintaining scalable production systems. It requires formal software engineering training or certification, at least five years of applied experience, a relevant degree or related experience, strong Python and production-coding skills, AWS and Bedrock experience, and hands-on experience with agent frameworks, tool use, RAG, prompt engineering, and evaluation.
