Description
Spark is hiring a permanent full-time Lead - AI Engineering in Auckland to lead a team of AI engineers delivering production-grade AI and agentic solutions across BSS/OSS, order and fulfilment, customer experience, martech, and network and operations. The role owns technical direction, engineering quality, release readiness, AI governance, internal capability growth, and the delivery of production solutions, while requiring 5+ years of software or machine learning engineering experience, 2+ years leading engineering teams, and proven production LLM or GenAI delivery.
