The Lead AI Forward Engineer designs and delivers AI-powered solutions across Thomson Reuters' CIO technology teams, partnering with engineering, product, data science, cloud, security, and SRE teams. The role owns end-to-end solution architecture, implementation, observability, guardrails, evaluation, reliability, and operational readiness for AI systems, while establishing reusable patterns and mentoring engineers. It requires 6+ years of progressive technical experience, strong AI/ML and LLM knowledge, Python proficiency, cloud architecture familiarity, and experience with production systems. The role uses a hybrid work model and offers a US base compensation range of $127,400 to $236,600, with possible annual bonus eligibility.
