ShopBack is hiring a Lead for its AI-Native Special Projects team to architect and build the first versions of AI agents for millions of users. The role is highly hands-on and strategic, combining rapid prototyping, custom multi-agent AI solution design, data-driven product development, and leadership of a lean team of AI-native full-stack generalists. The position requires strong expertise in LLMs, RAG architectures, agent orchestration, Python backends, and Flutter, with close collaboration across data, product, and cross-functional teams to ship impactful AI experiences.
