Description
ShopBack is hiring a Lead for its AI-Native Special Projects team to architect and build AI agents for millions of users. The role is highly hands-on, combining product leadership, rapid prototyping, and execution across the stack, including Python-based agentic backends, LLM orchestration with frameworks like LangGraph, data-driven fine-tuning, and a Flutter-based cross-platform interface. The Lead will guide a lean team of AI-native full-stack generalists, collaborate with data and cross-functional teams, and work directly with prospective customers to define and solve merchant and user pain points.
