Description

Arm is hiring a hands-on technical leadership and platform engineering professional to lead delivery and operation of production runtime platforms for its central AI control plane. The role focuses on Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code and GitOps automation, reliability and observability, secure runtime operations, incident response, and lifecycle management for AI platform services such as model gateways and MCP server infrastructure. It includes participation in a paid on-call rota and hybrid working, with the role becoming a recognized expert and lead engineer on the AI platform technology stack.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Expert-level experience operating production infrastructure or platform services in Linux environments.
Experience with incident management, problem management, demand forecasting, and production readiness.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience operating internal developer platforms, AI platforms, model gateways, or MCP infrastructure.
Experience with service mesh, policy-as-code, workload identity, sandboxing, secure runtimes, or multi-tenant platforms.
Experience in regulated or security-sensitive engineering environments.
Working knowledge of OpenAI tools, products, and APIs.
