Description
NiCE is seeking an AI Delivery Manager to lead complex, customer-facing software and AI/GenAI projects from initiation through closure. The role manages project plans, schedules, risks, escalations, and documentation; serves as the primary client partner; communicates with executive leadership; aligns technical, product, and AI/GenAI stakeholders; supports go-to-market readiness; and mentors project managers. Candidates need at least 8 years of project management experience, experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, technical SaaS and AI/GenAI delivery experience, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with project management and reporting tools, and a PMP certification.
