Description

Phase2 is hiring a Lead AI Quality Engineer to own the evolution of quality assurance across AI-powered and legacy software delivery. The role sets QA strategy, standards, automation frameworks, AI evaluation methods, and testing tooling; leads agentic AI testing; advises clients; and manages and mentors the Quality team. It is a hybrid position split between client project work and Quality practice oversight, reporting to the VP of Engineering. Candidates need at least 8 years of software QA experience, leadership experience, automation proficiency, AI testing knowledge, and WCAG accessibility experience.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of software QA experience
Experience managing, mentoring, and coaching direct report employees
Experience recommending and executing improvements to QA methods and tools
Proficiency writing automated tests in at least one framework
Working knowledge of AI testing concepts, including hallucination detection, output evaluation, prompt engineering, and bias testing
Experience with WCAG 2.1/2.2 accessibility standards
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a digital agency, technology consultancy, or professional services environment
