Bluevine is hiring an AI Automation Engineer to identify repetitive, high-friction workflows and build practical AI-powered tools, automations, agents, integrations, browser-based tools, scripts, and lightweight applications. The role partners with non-technical stakeholders across go-to-market, operations, and corporate functions, applies software engineering and SDLC practices, and measures impact through efficiency, adoption, quality, and business outcomes. It requires 5+ years of relevant technical experience, strong coding and scripting skills, and familiarity with AI tools, APIs, browser automation, and workflow systems. The role is hybrid, US-based only, and offers a base salary of $153,200–$187,700 USD plus performance-based incentive compensation and benefits.
