L3Harris is hiring a Lead, Aircraft Maintenance professional in Melbourne, Florida on a 5/8 schedule. The role performs scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, launch and recovery support, limited line service, ground-support equipment maintenance, aircraft servicing, and post-flight inspections. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 9 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with 7 years, or 13 years without a degree, along with an FAA Airframe and Power Plant License, aircraft maintenance experience, Bombardier Global aircraft experience, and Collins Fusion avionics experience.
