Description
The Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician leads and directs subordinate crewmembers in OSC Backshops (Storage Crew) maintenance activities, coordinates daily job scheduling, ensures work quality and compliance with AMM, SRM, and the Kalitta Air Storage program, documents maintenance actions, provides on-the-job training, and generates unscheduled work orders. The role requires an FAA Airframe license, a high school diploma, and at least five years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial-category aircraft, along with the ability to work overtime, weekends, and days off.
