The Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician - Second Shift leads structural maintenance activities for commercial-category aircraft, schedules manpower, coordinates with other departments, ensures compliance with GMM, RSM, and FAA regulations, maintains a safe work area, and recommends performance and quality improvements. The role requires an FAA Airframe license, a high school diploma, and at least five years of experience in structures maintenance and repair on commercial-category aircraft, along with the ability to work overtime, weekends, and days off.
