Description
The Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician oversees and assists approved maintenance work performed by technicians, mechanics, and apprentices on company aircraft, ensuring quality, safety, FAA compliance, productivity, and proper documentation. The role includes crew monitoring, training oversight, maintenance-area housekeeping, tool accountability, MEL/CDL/NEF program compliance, and coordination with Maintenance Supervisors. It is scheduled for weekends and first shift at OSC Hangar 10 and requires FAA Airframe and/or Powerplant certification, a high school diploma or GED, a valid United States driver’s license, and the ability to work in strenuous physical conditions.
