Description
The Lead Aircraft Technician oversees and performs complex aircraft maintenance, repair, inspections, troubleshooting, and documentation across the company’s fleet. The role supervises and mentors aircraft technicians, coordinates with engineering, quality assurance, and regulatory teams, develops maintenance schedules, and ensures compliance with FAA regulations and safety standards. It requires FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification, at least seven years of aircraft maintenance experience including three years in a lead or supervisory role, and knowledge of technical documentation and aviation systems.
