Description
Empower is hiring a Lead Analyst, Data Analytics to build and advance reporting, dashboards, data processes, and analytics capabilities for Workplace Planning, Stock Plan Participant Services, and other workplace and personal wealth products. The hands-on individual contributor will partner with business and product stakeholders, translate requirements into analytical solutions, write and troubleshoot complex SQL, develop dashboards using tools such as Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI, and own analytics initiatives from requirements discovery through delivery. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, typically 7+ years of relevant experience, advanced SQL, multi-source data integration, and strong stakeholder communication; it offers a base salary of $105,700 to $149,275 and medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
