ReSource Pro is hiring a Lead Analyst, Financial Data Compliance to serve as the senior subject matter expert for complex financial data submissions to NCCI and state insurance regulatory bodies. The role owns end-to-end call-template completion, resolves bureau edits and criticisms, trains and mentors analysts, maintains reporting databases and datafeeds, and improves automation. It is based in the Maitland, Florida office and requires full-time on-site or hybrid work within a commutable distance. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of experience, NCCI or state financial data call experience, advanced Excel and SQL skills, and strong analytical and communication abilities. The salary range is $55,822-$94,760 per year, with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
