The Lead Analyst, HR Services leads HR process design, governance, controls, and compliance across Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Recruiting, Core HR, Performance, Goals, Talent, Succession, Compensation, Benefits, and Absence Management. The role translates HR policies and regulatory requirements into auditable workflows, supports system testing and change management, maintains HR data structures, trains users, and supports Oracle E-Business Suite HR processes in a hybrid environment. It requires extensive HR operations and HCM experience, strong analytical and data skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
