Description
MFS is hiring a Lead Analyst HR Technology - Workday (internally titled Senior Consultant HR Technology) to lead optimization, configuration, and continuous enhancement of HR systems with primary ownership of Workday. The role partners with HR and cross-functional stakeholders on requirements discovery, solution design, implementation, release management, documentation, and troubleshooting across multiple Workday functional areas, with a hybrid work arrangement and a base salary range plus bonus and benefits.
