TPI Composites is hiring a Lead Analyst, IT to support its finance application portfolio, with a primary focus on Oracle EBS and adjacent finance systems. The role covers requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, production support, integrations, compliance, and process improvement, while serving as a subject-matter expert and providing guidance to analysts or contractors. It requires at least eight years of progressive IT experience supporting enterprise finance applications, hands-on Oracle ERP experience, a technology-related bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.
