The M365 Platform Operations Analyst will improve how M365 platform work is requested, prioritized, delivered, measured, and continuously refined. The role focuses on service improvement, process and operating-model design, ServiceNow configuration, stakeholder enablement, automation opportunities, operational metrics, documentation, and continuous improvement across technology service delivery. It requires at least five years of relevant experience, hands-on ServiceNow experience, and strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and prioritization skills. The position follows a hybrid guideline requiring four days per week in the office and offers a salary of $86,000 to $130,000 per year.
